Insurance and payment are processed through the clinic. Please call (952) 428-1550 for assistence with insurance questions. We also recommend calling your insurance company to clarify your benefits.

Do you provide home care PT under Medicare Part A?

Good question! No, I do not. Although the therapy is performed at your home (or gym, or office) it is billed the same as if you go to an out patient PT clinic.

Do you treat back pain?

Yes! I can treat many musculoskeletal concerns in addition to my specialties. If you have any questions please call and we can chat about your particular situation.

Do you have an office I can go to?

Yes! We are located in the Savage Medical Building, in the St. Francis Adult Rehabilitation clinic, suite 200.

Do you provide telehealth visits?

Yes, for now. Medicare is planning to terminate telehealth services for physical therapy sometime in 2025.
